My discount code is not working. Why?
We send a 'Thank You' card out with a discount code for every order and this code can be used on all products throughout our online shop, except for when we are running seasonal sales and offers.
Do you offer custom cookie cutters and embossers?
Not at the moment but this is something we definitely hope to do in the future.
I would like my order to arrive sooner than via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. What are my options?
Please email us at shop@gingerandcacao.uk for any rush orders and we'll be happy to take you through the process to upgrading your delivery service to Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Guaranteed Next Day delivery. The processing cut-off time depends on how busy we are, but we'll always do our best to accommodate where possible.
