All other items in our shop
1-2 days to dispatch (orders received before 2pm are usually dispatched the following working day. All Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders are dispatched on the following Monday).

Delivery (UK only, excluding Northern Ireland)

We offer delivery within United Kingdom however due to Brexit, we sincerely apologise that we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

£2.50 for large letters or letterbox orders

£4.45 for small parcel orders up to 2kg in weight.

£7.00 for vinyl backdrops and medium parcel orders up to 10kg in weight.

How soon will I receive my order?
Once your order is dispatched Royal Mail aims to deliver it between 2-3 working days including Saturdays, provided there is no unexpected or uncontrollable disruptions to their service.

While most of Royal Mail services are back to normal and expected delivery times are usually met, Covid-19 is still around and still presents some challenges to the supply chain. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please email us at so that we can discuss an alternative shipping arrangement.

Do I have to sign for my parcel?
All our shipping options require a signature upon successful delivery; this could either be yourself or someone who lives at your address.

Please note however in keeping with Covid-19 safety measures, your local postman or delivery driver may have been authorised by the shipping company to sign the parcel on your behalf for a contactless delivery. We will accept all signed proof of delivery regardless of who signed it, as proof of delivery.

Can my parcel be tracked?
All our parcels are shipped with tracking information available from the service providers. Please contact us on the 5th working day if your parcel has not arrived and we will check the tracking system or raise an inquiry with the delivery company where necessary.

Why do you only offer tracked delivery?
As a small business, we simply cannot afford parcels to go wandering into the unknown. A tracked service costs more and we try to absorb as much of the postage or courier cost as possible without hiding it in the costs of our products. We feel this is worth doing because it allows us to keep track of orders and more importantly help us help you locate any delayed or missing items.

The tracking information says my parcel was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Please contact us so that we can raise an inquiry with the shipping company. As part of our investigation, we will first ask you to confirm that you have checked with neighbours or possible 'safe places' where your parcel may have been delivered to before we write to the shipping company.
